The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme provides motivated and skilled global citizens with an opportunity to volunteer within the United Nations system. This report presents UNV performance in 2019 and the midterm review of the Strategic Framework, 2018-2021 (DP/2018/6). The report reflects on the organizational transformation of UNV, sets forth proposed adjustments in its results matrix, and highlights priorities for 2020 and the decade of action for the Sustainable Development Goals.
